Ltd. (Jyoti) was incorporated in the year 1980 in Delhi. Though the
Company started its business activity early but the success story of the Company
started from the year 1995 when it became member of the National Stock Exchange
India Ltd.. By that time the helm of the Company had come in to the hands of Mr.
Sanjay Jain and Mr. Chandra Prakash Agarwala. Since than, one by one the Company
under sincere guidance and able leadership of its seasoned Directors has achieved
several milestones. It is this spirit of entrepreneurship that has shaped the company
to become what it is today.
we have our Branch office/ Sub-broker’s office running at various locations (approx
50) in India.

Apart from Delhi NCR region our offices are at various other cities
including Mumbai, Kolkata, Jaipur, , Bareilly, Meerut, Jalandhar, NOIDA, Ghaziabad,
Chandigarh etc.
Our belief “All assets depreciate over a period of time except knowledge” make this
Company an employee – oriented entity. We strongly believe that among all the four
essentials of a business enterprises Man, Money, Materials and Machines, Man is
